dirty sand pricey massages

The beach was not great. Water shoes are a must! the sand felt dirty. there were rocks in the water and some areas seemed like debris? also, the beauty salon and spa massages were too expensive for what they offered. I would not recommend them, they tried to sell those services the day i arrived, though.

fantastic experience

clean room great view

The rooms were very clean. i had a great view of the sea. wifi worked very well (i was able to stream videos). the food had so much choice. I could eat and drink anything possible all day and night.

i had to use the onsite doctor for an ear problem, and i felt overcharged with a high bill. the doctor told me i had high blood pressure, but i believe this was incorrect.

the breakfast selection included freshly prepared omelets. the hotel offers a variety of dinner themes. there are also several restaurants and snack bars available throughout the day. the cocktails were also excellent.

the hotel is near the airport (a short taxi ride). the resort features lovely grounds and a beach. it is well-organized, clean, and tidy. everything receives daily cleaning and care.

king bed fresh flowers welcome service

The room included a king bed. It was clean. The room overlooked the grounds. The grounds had many flowers. Staff brought drinks to the beach. They stopped to chat. Laundry service was fast. Clothes returned the same day. They were neatly folded. The private beach provided beach towels.

the resort had many options for food. i especially liked the variety during the day. the junior suite with direct pool access was gorgeous and worth it. all areas of the hotel were very clean and regularly maintained (i really appreciated this).

The private beach was a bit of a letdown. i felt pestered by salesmen wanting to sell trips and massages. the staff also started conversations just to ask what drink i wanted. cocktail consistency varied depending on who made them. Some were pretty nice, some were not.

Staff cleaned the room daily. I used the gym with several machines. I enjoyed restaurants onsite. Each offered distinct meal options.

Finding an available sunbed at the pool after 9 am was often difficult. More sunbeds would benefit guests.

The staff provided excellent service especially in the restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the variety of food options available each day at the buffet. The hotel offers multiple pools ensuring ample space for all guests. The private beach was well maintained with plenty of shaded areas available.

I noticed some minor wear and tear on the bathroom door requiring some maintenance.
